Understand Yourself and Others with a DISC Profile
It is not easy to understand, or to “read”, a person or co-worker. Quite often it would be extremely helpful as far as team working if there were an easy way to identify a colleague’s or subordinate’s strengths and weaknesses. The DISC profile system of personality and behavioral analysis provides individuals, employers, group leaders etc. with the tools and methods of identifying key personality traits that foster team building and enhance work environments.
No two people are exactly alike, everyone has life experiences and opinions that make them think, act and behave differently, but there are a few recognizable “styles” of personality, and the DISC profile system helps to identify them.
An employer or team leader can use the information to create stronger and more communicative teams and groups. Clearly identifying personal traits and strengths and weaknesses, enables individuals to use their strengths to their greatest advantage.
